Snow Day

Pretty typical for this time of year. Four inches and counting . . .

Dawgs don't care, though.

Dogs, and I dare say men. Whatever... where is food? Food? Food! Oh, and I have this itch. Hmm, and, where is my coldest part and your warmest part? I think they should meet. Ha!

Wonderful pictures! I got snow too and love it. Watch out for those other drivers though.

Holy crap! I hope that isn't heading our way! Nope, not ready for snow. Please keep it where you are, okay? PS - love the doggy pic!

WTF? Super cute pictures of the dogs, however and it DOES look very pretty. (From my vantage point.)

Doom: I'm an excellent driver.

Shamu: Headed your way, most likely. Sorry.

Pam: Ditto. New Mexico's and Oklahoma's weather, we've discovered, is usually about 24 hours apart.

Boxer: Mother Nature's Maxim #245: The beauty of snow is directly related to the function of its pain in the assedness.

Dani: Ja. That's my porch/house/yard. Those poor petunias, though. They just keep blooming and blooming until things get down into the teens. Which they did last night. RIP, my lovely petunias . . . that's when I know we've turned the corner into winter.

Chickory: We were up in the hills at the crack of dawn with the dogs. The sun when it shoots its first orange rays onto the snow covered earth is truly a marvelous sight to behold.

Dawgs prolly like it. 88 in Troll County. 93 in Sebring where I currently be.

Are you gonna post reminders and are you actively recruiting folks for the BEET-down Throw-Down?

Cold front came through here last night. High only in the 60s today!
Dead of winter for Phoenix.

Wish I was there.

Troll: Show off.

Troll: Yes.

Gnome: I know. I got peeps in Phoenix. I don't know how y'all do it, all that warmth, all the time.

It's the Maddie Stare of Death to All Manner of Prey. Half the wildlife in the East Mountains tremble in its wake.
