oh that Xul - i loved sigourney as the gatekeeper. my favorite spirit was Rebecca. she who haunted the new marriage through paintings and a weird housekeeper and stories of her glamour....a dark spirit indeed that was never even shown. good take on the theme. happy MM
So, when I saw 'The Others' at the cinema, well, I can't remember the exact scene, but it was a very suspenseful moment and the entire place was quiet. Then something happened on the screen and it scared me so bad that I screamed at the top of my lungs. I was embarrassed, and everyone in the theater started to laugh at me.
Later some people said they were glad I screamed, because it was such an intense moment that helped them not be so scared.
But then again, I am a wuss when it comes to scary movies. I just don't really watch them. I’ve never seen any of the Jason or Freddy flicks. And I'm ok with that.
I am hugely interested in the psychic world and Medium is one of my favourite shows (though I think it works wonderfully as a drama regardless of whether you think there's anything in it).
I am an agnostic spook fan though and retain my right to question these things as well.

I often see dead people... they just don't know that they are.
Great pics, the last two are favourites and the movies they're from too.
Happy MM.

"There is no Dana! Only Zool!" Aaaah, to be the key master for Sigourney! Sigh.
Creeeeeeepy.
Let's nor forget the ghost of Christmas Past...
Great choices, I love that Sigourney Weaver one. Are you the gatekeeper?
I have nothing this week but happy MM anyway!
Did Dan Akroyd call your house too? He left a message, talking about Ghost busters and the Sta-Puft marshmallow man.
Happy MM!

Balderdash! The only spirits I believe in are the one's that come in a bottle marked Absolut.
Huh. Coulda fooled me. After viewing all that, I thought the topic was "Bad Movies".
Nicely evocative Moi.
