Apple Cake:1.5 cups sugar3 cups sifted flour1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt1 tsp Cinnamon3 cups thin sliced GS apples1.5 cups Wesson Oil.2 eggs slightly beaten2 tsp Vanilla1/2 cup Coconut1/2 cup WalnutsMix sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add apples and mix until well-coated. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, coconut and walnuts. Pour into greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.Then come up with a good frosting of your own creation if desired.
