Are pitties water dogs? I swear they could take the labs in dock dogs if they are.

Give a dog a job, a task, a game. Your dog will be happy forever.

Shamu: Some pitties like the water; some don't. It's not a consistent thing. However, they're so game, even those that are a little fussy get over it. And, of course, beat the pants off of just about every contenda.

Great choice ! We've seen the National Disc Dogs championship twice and just loved every minute of it. I agree with Shamu, animals with jobs are happier.Happy First Monday of 2010!

There was a video of a pitty doing a dry jump off a ramp into a sand pit. It was freaking amazing the extension that dog got. You find that water pit, you will clean up at Dock Dogs.

Strength, intelligence, and athleticism. Do they have good endurance and stamina too?

Happy Mute Monday!

That's taking an obession with a toy and making it into something fun for everyone. Dog and Man.

I wonder if I can get Coco to do this? :-)

Very cool. Happy MM!

Now if I could just get my kids to catch and follow instructions like that.

Oh, great idea for catch! He's fabulous. I've never been a fan of pit bull, but I was around one this weekend who was fantastic! Sort of a reverse brindle in color too ... he was marked like little Sallycat. Only about 9x the size with a lot more muscle. He might have changed my mind about pit bulls. Anyway, Happy MM!

Ah yes, a dog and his boy. Way back when yonks ago when La Diva was dating, a sage old woman gave me some good advice: Date a boy with a dog. Means they are responsible and go home every night. haha!

That dog trained the boy very well.
