I have a huge girl crush on Penelope Cruz. In fact, #245 on my Wish List to Present to St. Peter: drop me back down to earth to spend at least 24 hours inhabiting her skin. Also: the fact that she is married to Javier Bardem is proof positive that sometimes the stars do align perfectly in this jumbled mess of a universe. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie? Pfffft. Milquetoast in comparison to the muy caliente that is these two together.

the difficult but worth it artist. whats not to love? she is a babe. and it was good that she recovered from the dreaded Vanilla Sky, a movie so so so bad that i want to keel efferyting associated with eeet. grrrrrr

I fell in love with her when she did that Pepsi commercial early in her career and belched at the end. That was awesome. She was good in Blow too. I just have to question her choice in men - Cruise and McConaughey? Two of the most mentally unstable guys in Hollywood.

K9: Vanilla Sky was on a couple weeks ago. I watched part of it again just to piss myself off. Have you seen Volver? Her best role so far, I think.

I'm with Milk River Madman. Which brings up two "men are pigs" notes and one side item.
1. Read a book once that said all guys who go to school at Juilliard immediately fall in love with all the Asian babes. The term there is Yellow Fever, and they'd written a song including the chorus, "I got sushi gonads / gonna feed them to you."
2. Since you imagine inhabiting her skin, that brings up to me one of the funniest (albeit unused in my case) pickup lines: "If I could be anything, I'd like to be your bathwater."

She is pretty and she has a great accent so, yes, I quite approve :)
