While I'm totally thrilled that the Saints beat the Colts this past Sunday, I thought the commercials were pretty lame. This was the one exception:

I thought this one was pretty amusing. But agree that, for the most part, the commercials were fairly lame. And I miss the old E-trade baby.

i missed that one!
but i loved the betty white/snickers add. that line "your girlfriend doesnt think so" was delivered perfectly. Of course i loved the budweiser ad with the little steer watching his friend leave to become a famous clydesdale...what a beautiful bull her grew up to be. i just love bulls, and that one was a beauty!

I'm still catching up thanks to Tivo and Youtube, but I love Betty White and was happy to see her. She's my role model.
Chickory: Yes! That was so cute. Bulls are awesome animals, placid and peaceable so long as you don't mess with 'em.
Doris Rose: Viagra? Restless leg syndrome? Irritable bowl?
Boxer: What I like best about her is she doesn't play cliched little old woman. She's whip smart and has a mouth on her, too.
Exactly. Plus, after watching in Lake Placid, I decided I want to be just like her when I get old.
