I try, I really try, but I have a less than affectionate relationship with that particular phyllum or genus or whatever. Leave the Manor at once.

Those nasty things must have some positive function. And there must be something that favors eating them. Hmmmmm. Gila Monsters?

Happy Mute Monday!

I like your bugs, I have no problem with them. Now snakes, as long as it's not snakes, I'm good. I was just at my sister's house (in the sticks) this weekend and she has a bumper crop of black snakes this year. In the house too!

Happy MM!

Moi,
These images make me itch all over. Obviously a psychological not a physiological response.

Was the fourth pic a Walking Stick?
And Moi, you are welcome to keep these 'fauna' visiting your 'flora' and not mine! Happy Monday, great quality of photographs, some of mine this week did not have this pristine sharpness .

you like this stuff don't you? They ARE little aliens, aren't they? Your part of the world definitely has some creepy crawlers that I've never seen here.... and I gotta say.... I'm glad. Still, cool to see up close.

All: Considering you can't really eat them OR make a nifty handbag out of them, yes, I loves me all manner of insects. The only species that makes my skin crawl are cockroaches. For some reason, those, I cannot tolerate.

I don't mind a bug here and there. But bees and spiders make me shudder. is that last one a scorpion?
