Movie Clip Wednesdays: Best Movie From a TV Series

One of my all time favorite television shows translated into one of my all-time favorite movies. Mainly, because I do so identify with Wednesday Addams. Such a cute little anarchist. This scene never fails to crack me right the heck up.

"For these reasons, I have decided to scalp you, and burn your village to the ground."

Bwahahahahaha!

Go Chippewas!

Miss Joanna Cake remains our hostess with the mostest for this weekly meme, so head over to her blog to see who else is playing this week.

Best scene. Ever. I loved the original TV show too much to see the movies, but now I think I MUST see the movies. Thanks and happy MCW!

Boxer: Angelica Houston and Raul Julia really camp it up as Morticia and Gomez, too. Good stuff.

K9: You have taken the land which is rightfully ours. Years from now my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans and drink high balls. We will sell our bracelets by the roadside. You will play golf and enjoy hot hors d’ouvres. My people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick shifts.

Best lines ever.

Good afternoon Moi,

That was great! I've never seen the movie, but that has to be the best scene I've seen in a long time.

Thanks for the laugh and have a happy clip day!

She's a little girl there but Christina Ricci turned int a hot chick. She was a perfect Wednesday too. As I recall there was another scene where they were chopping off arms like a Monty Python skit. I use to watch the TV series all the time.

Happy MCW!

Never saw the movies, but my all-time favorite sitcom line comes from the TV show.

Fester wants to get rich, and he asks Gomez for advice.

Approximate memory of the line:

"You want to make a million dollars? Here's how you do it. Find something that costs a dime to make, sell it for a dollar, and make sure it's habit forming."
