Beautiful take. I'm assuming all of those have strong aromas? I like fruit tree scents but what do I know.

Happy Mute Monday!

Thursday: I know. I wonder if there's an olfactory equivalent of salivating?

Troll: I like fruit tree scents, too. Most especially apple :o)

She: Oh yeah, some of these scents, like tuberose, are so strong, they can make one physically ill. I like that dichotomy between beauty and beast.

I looked up sweet shrub and got Calycanthus floridus, is that correct? I've never smelled it but will be on the lookout when I get back to da South!

Kate: I know, huh. Like those strips in fashion magazines. I think someone needs to invent that for the Innernets for sure!

It's too soon for the wild roses to bloom here in Kansas, I will have to settle for yours and She's fragrant bouquets.
Happy Mute Monday.

Very pretty Moi. Have you ever smelt frangipanis? They whisk me away to deserted islands at the slightest whiff.

Happy Mute Monday!!!

Of course, now that I look closer and see that was a gardinia...doh.
My parent's back yard has a fence line fronted with gardinia bushes. It'll knock you down when they're all in bloom.
