Thanks for nothing lol...now I have a massive craving for lemon merigue and I am not much of a one for getting the meringue perfect. Any tips? I know, don't use eggs straight out of fridge but anything else?

All: Sorry, as I had to 'splain to Pirate in an email, this recipe is actually for Lemon Ice Box Pie, which, I promise, promise, waaaaay outdoes Lemon Meringue. But since I have not made pie yet (scheduled for tomorrow!), I had to nick a photo off the net. And this was all I could find.emmak: The secret to a sky-high meringue is up on the baking site - albeit without photos for now. Moi, I'm all about the meringue, so my toil should be your gain :o) Report back.

Ironically, I am craving key lime pie. I love lemon, but key lime is the key to my heart! :)
