    Thanks, folks. These are all photos by photographers who busted paradigms regarding how "fashionable" women should look. The first photo is by one of my faves in this genre, Helmut Newton. The gal who did the high heel in the mud – Marilyn Minter – does very interesting, sly and funny work.
