Haiku Monday: Triumph of Nature

Damn unwanted seed!
Aloft upon wind and wing.
Graces no man’s land.

For more natural triumphs, head on over to hostess Fishy's Place and play!

  1. I like this, especially - "Graces no man’s land". It has at least 2 meanings. Very clever.

  3. Too true. You and I know the tumbleweed. While there are several species, I waged a special war with one that kept escalating in cost. Had the powers that be only listened a 5-acre patch could have been eradicated for a few thousand dollars. Instead a few years later is was $150,000 per year over square miles!

    Great 'ku, Moi!
